I’m Laurie Brown, and I’m proud to be a lifelong resident of this incomparable place. I know every inch of the Brazos Valley—where the students hang out, which neighborhoods are the most family-friendly or where former students are likely to call home, where to get a home-cooked meal or an elegant dinner. I’d like to meet you and find out what “home” means to you. I’m a wife, mother, homemaker and a hard-worker. My husband and children are first in my life, but I love my job—meeting new people and helping them find just the right place to live. I don’t have clients. I make friends who enrich me by sharing their lives and allowing me to be a part of something as important as choosing a home. I know how I feel about making memories with my family—putting out Christmas decorations, coloring Easter eggs and hiding them in the yard, family get-togethers on the 4th of July or Thanksgiving—and I believe most people have their own unique dream of what their home and their home life should be like. I want to make those dreams a reality for as many people as I can.

Those who choose me as their real estate agent may or may not know me at first, but they soon discover that I consider it my mission to get to know them. I work with people from every walk of life, and I value each person for who they are, not for their social or financial status. I work just as hard for someone who is searching for a $50,000 cottage as I do for someone who wants a $500,000 villa, because I realize the value of a home is in each person’s heart.
